In the event of any conflict between these website Terms of Service and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois for any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site.
